Guest reviews
Pleasant
Liked: The room is just a few minutes from the city center
Disliked: When I arrived, the hotel entrance was broken, my bed didn't have blankets, the bathroom had no soap or shampoo or any hygiene products (a hotel without soap)? Honestly, my stay here was not pleasant, I do not recommend it.
Liked: The location was convenient
Disliked: The apartment looked very run-down; things were broken everywhere: the outlets were falling out, there were no light bulbs in the bathroom and the lights didn't work, and the drain in the shower was clogged. I didn't want to be there. It was such a contrast to the beautiful city. It felt like an apartment somewhere in a small town in India.
Liked: 16hr is a checkin very late, also having to take the keys in another place (15 min walking) is not confortable
Not worth the price. No wifi and unclean
Liked: The location is good in city center
Disliked: No WIFI. The apartment is dirty and in a shabby condition. There was food left in the microwave, the shower broke in pieces and the windows were broken. When contacting the property, they don’t even bother to reply.
You need to upgrade to a standard to a value for money
Liked: There was no breakfast and the location was difficult to get
Disliked: (1) I don't like the location. (2) There was a water leak in the kitchen sink
Liked: Located only 5 minutes by foot from Piazza dei Signori, this appartement offers the possibility to eat and drink in the city center while sleeping in a quiet, traditional Italian alley. The ice cream shop under the appartement offers the best ice cream in the city-to my opinion. The host is welcoming and friendly and the descriptions to get the keys are easy to follow.I would definitely visit the hotel again and suggest it to my fiends.
