Liked: Beautiful and clean place with friendly and helful staff in the very best location in Padova. Thanks!
Basic but clean and well located
Liked: The location was very central and it was good value for money
Disliked: Bar area closed very early. Rooms were quite basic. Grand for sleeping in but not for hanging around in.

Liked: The staff! From Front Desk for check-in, taxi and any other requests to cleaning and maintenance staff to breakfast room and staff and the on-site restaurant, everyone was friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast served was so varied, it was hard to choose. The on-site restaurant had delicious sandwiches and other snacks always available as well as terrific meals at dinner. Shower worked perfectly
Disliked: Kettle in room didn't work twice. Think plug had to be pushed harder into outlet. Difficult as I want hot coffee right after waking up. But once it worked, all was perfect.
Great overall
Liked: The ladies who clean the rooms were so helpful, kind, dedicated to their job. Desk staff especially the man on the day staff, who was of African descent possibly, was great! Always very helpful.
Disliked: No coffee pot in the room to heat up water for tea or hot chocolate.
All in all it was a very good value for the money I paid
Liked: Clean and comfortable room. Warmly kept bathroom and bidet were of the best commodities over there.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t of good quality, I would say. Exactly the same option every morning and not very fresh products, especially boiled eggs.
Liked: It was clean, the breakfast was great and central to everything
Disliked: There was no kettle in the room for a hot drink
