Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The bedding had a strong mildew smell. The instructions for entering the property and room were confusing.
Affordable option
Liked: Location was good, in a secure area and property. The room was clean even if it needs a little bit of paint refresh.
Disliked: The kitchenette is not fully operational, I could not use the pan as they were not adapted to the vitroceramic. The towels needs a refresh, smell of moist. Overall good spot for a short trip.
Liked: Location was nice near to station and good restaurants nearby also transportation is 200m walking.

Liked: Despite not being the room booked we managed to spend the night there. The location was close to the centre and the station
Disliked: The room was cancelled at 5pm via a cryptic message. I had not understood the issue, but luckily the lady at check in explained that the bathroom of my booked room was out of order and the only alternative they could provide was a second smaller room on the same floor, so we would have access to a bathroom. The second room bathroom was so noisy, we were not sure it was actually working. We had ants walking on the floor and the "kitchen" facilities were in a closet, really not that useful.
Worst apartment and hosts I have ever had
Disliked: We paid for one apartment but when we came we got something completely different. We got smaller room for the same price, without terrace (we paid for terrace). We were shocked to see that the bathroom was dirty and that we had kitchen in the wardrobe. If you don't ask for more you will get one towel for 7 days stay. The bed was directly underneath the window so every time you want to get up you need to close the window (or don't open the window at all). The worst thing of all is that they lie to you and give you the keys of completely different apartment from the one you booked. The right thing to do would be to at least inform you of the change, not to wait until you get to the apartment and find out.
Liked: Location good and the room was clean enough
Disliked: It’s about the receptionist I guess,coz she is the only one person we will contacted to got in touch. It’s all about our arrival. We were got late due to the train issue, and I already sent the msg to the property as a request about the arrival time,we were exactly got 6 minute late to reach the place, and the receptionist already left without informing us due to the hotel policy as she mentioned.we paid whole amount of hotel as well.. we were 4 people crashed that night with a kid, we couldn’t get the room keys as she left before 10pm. we’ve got more than 2 hours to find a another place. It’s all about Basic on customer service. Even we didn’t get any one night payment return as a lest apologies.. and next day we called her again and contacted to get the room keys at least we could stay one night in the hotel since we didn’t get any refunded. And yeah they responded at the end.. we could even enjoyed the trip because of this unresponsable disrespect customer service
