Exceptional
Liked: Good clean rooms. Has an elevator that makes taking bags up very easy. Good location near bars and cafes. Helpful staff gave us good recommendations for places to see and where to eat. Easy walking to most attractions. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Overall a good stay in a stylish, well located property, but could have been better
Liked: Very well located, right near Cappella Scrovegni, shopping, other sights, restaurants and cafes and not far from the station. Padova’s public transport is easy to use, clean and frequent. The property is stylish and well renovated, and has a nice courtyard ( although it was very dark in autumn).
Disliked: For a property of this price and quality I would have expected better amenities and service. There were no proper glasses in the room for water - only plastic cups, which was a bit tacky. Two small bottles of water were provided but you had to request top-ups by WhatsApp. There was minimal personal contact and reception was mostly unattended. Breakfast was a voucher for a choice of 3 different cafes - the one we went to was very nice - but a breakfast at the property and a chance to interact with other guests and ask questions of the host/staff would have been much better. Unfortunately, although this is still a nice place it represents a decline in the quality of hospitality in Itsly.

Liked: It was very unique and very well designed. Bed and pillows were confortable. Temperature was great in the room.
Disliked: There wasn’t very good ventilation in the shower, due that there was very light mold. It could be fixed easily.

Liked: The property was lovely - very nicely decorated and designed throughout. The room and bathroom were large - the bed very comfortable. Reception manned for just a few hours but when needed I contacted them via WhatsApp and always got a prompt response. Excellent location in the old part of Padova and very close to many of the attractions.
Disliked: Our room was on the 3rd floor and although spacious and comfortable, a small window and no overhead lighting meant the room was dark and felt a bit gloomy during the day. We also hit our heads on the roof timbers a couple of times - nothing serious but not ideal. Breakfast was provided on nearby cafes but the voucher covers only 1 coffee, 1 juice and 1 pastry per person. If you want something more substantial them I suggest 'Steampower' at Piazza delle Erbe.
Liked: Fantastic location with beautiful rooms and very helpful staff. Can't fault it.
