Exceptional
Liked: Excellent location to discover the sights, buy some groceries, eat out and is ideal for distant travellers (the apartment has a washing machine, an iron, etc.) Great toiletries. Easy check-in and stable WiFi.
Disliked: Everything was spotless but the kitchen appliances require some descaling.
Possibly the best private accommodation I’ve ever stayed in!
Liked: Amazing location, beautifully kitted out, excellent communication
Disliked: Cannot fault it
Liked: Bed was extremely comfy, and the host was very sweet and accommodating 😊
Wonderful apartment, perfect location, quiet, clean, and modern
Liked: The location of the apartment was exceptional, set just off the main street (a primarily pedestrians area) it is very quiet and spacious. The main street is accessible through a small courtyard via a huge set of double gates that are operated by remote control. There is a washing machine, a fridge, cooktop, dishwasher, tv, 2 bathrooms. It is very clean and the host has provided excellent instructions and information.
Disliked: The sofa in the living room is uncomfortable if you are sitting there for more than a few minutes.
Padova Summer Programs
Liked: Excellent location within walking distance to everything. Spacious and comfortable for our family.
Disliked: He had a great stay in Padova. Really nice apartment!
The certainty of having the perfect stay
Liked: I've been here several times and I'll always come back. Recently I received a scam message claiming to be from the host but knowing her by name and having her number saved, I could easily contact her and verify that that was not a legitimate message. The location is perfect, Umberto I is the nicest street in Padova, and is always full of life even at late hours, so as solo traveller I feel safe even arriving with a late flight. You can take a tram from the station to Tito Livio and walk 3min. If you come by car there's the Prato della Valle parking down the street. There a mini market two doors up which is open in very convenient hours, and great quality food all around (I particularly love the short walk to Green Pizza for a takeaway and down the corner at Breda for a coffee and a cornetto). My favourite thing about the Contemporary (I've been to both locations) is the silence and tranquility. I sleep so well that I get fully rested even with busy schedules and journeys. The fact that the kitchen is fully equipped with everything means that I can cook when I'm into something homely.
Disliked: They're not always available
