  Comfortable and well equipped

  Liked: We enjoyed staying in the Annexe room. Large room and bed. Two chairs. Sunny outlook onto garden. Staff were very friendly and found restaurants for us.

  Liked: Nice hotel, helpful staff. Location ok, about 1 km from train station and 1 km from city centre, but right opposite bus stop.

  A cosy hideaway in Padua

  Liked: This is a cosy, comfortable hotel situated on the edge of the university district. It is a 10-15 minute walk into the city centre but there are options for public transport. The area is quiet and feels part of the local community and is especially well-served with good restaurants offering a variety of local dishes made with regional produce. Staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with a large private terrace outside. Breakfast was substantial and offered variety. We really enjoyed our stay.

  Disliked: A tiny detail but the city map provided at reception is virtually unreadable, a black and white photocopy which is difficult to decipher.
