Liked: The room was very good. Nice size, very modern, good layout. It is a small hotel above a bistro, where you can buy an excellent breakfast -- the best omelet I've had in years. Any assistance needed is provided by the bistro staff. Great view of the basilica. A good distance from Scrovegni Chapel and also the train station, but walkable.

Nice place in a lovely part of time. Don't forget your smart phone

Liked: Location, view, air-con, nice room, access to tram, lovely part of town, high standard bathroom.

Disliked: Wishes there were a desk-level surface for work, but owner will let you use bar - however, you're subject to diners' conversation.

Great location, good value, responsive hosts

Liked: The facilities were really clean. Though the room was small it was a great layout which made it totally functional. Location was great overlooking the church. The communication with hosts was great. They were very responsive right from booking phase and throughout our stay.

Disliked: My only call out is parking. It was actually harder to park and drop off than we anticipated with many of the roads in the area for locals only meaning you can be fined for driving down them, something we discovered later.
