I've stayed here twice and it is a palacial location in Padua
Liked: You feel like you are in a palace because you are. The courtyard and garden are beautiful.
Disliked: The AC was feeble and loud.

Liked: The whole property is brilliant. The sculpture, the private garden, the room itself. Very very happy with this property and I only have great things to say about the actually accomodation.
Disliked: The reception staff member wasn’t available, was dismissive and unhelpful when we could find them, wasn’t clear about processes and it turned out the only reasonably way to talk to them was on WhatsApp when they were supposed to be at the front desk. The grounds staff were all lovely and went above and beyond. It was only the receptionist who let the whole experience down dramatically
A remarkable palazzo, but the experience does not match the price: a guest should feel welcomed, not managed
Liked: A beautiful historic palazzo in an excellent location, but the accommodation feels dated and does not match the price level. At these rates, we also expected experienced, professional hospitality rather than service that at times felt too casual.
Disliked: The staff serving breakfast were lovely: warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Our experience at reception was the opposite. Breakfast is offered from 8:00 to 10:00, yet the lady at reception insisted on an exact time the evening before. When we explained that this made us feel pressured and uncomfortable, we expected that to be understood. Instead, the next day the same request arrived again in writing and continued through several messages. It felt as though getting an answer mattered more than listening to the guest. The palazzo impressed us. The breakfast staff made us feel welcome. Our experience at reception overshadowed both and ultimately shaped our impression of the stay.

Liked: in a pedestrian only section. Just around the corner from Giotto's frescoes in the Scrovegni chapel. The palazzo has a fascinating history. Lovely,shady garden. Spacious rooms.
