Fabulous
Liked: Good location, secure parking in the courtyard.
Disliked: We were not cold, but heating didn’t work properly.
Liked: Very good location. Quiet street close to historic sites. There is a parking place.
Disliked: The main entrance of the building is too narrow and it’s difficult to park the car in its place. There weren’t shower gel and shampoo.
BAD STAY THAT BECAME NICE STAY (BY CHANGING THE INITIAL APARTMENT)
Liked: Excellent location and very helpful staff. Due to the problems that we had in the ground floor apartment the next day they moved us to another apartment in a buliding that was very close. That apartment was excellent! Thank you so much for changing the apartment!
Disliked: We booked the apartment in the ground floor. The wifi was not working at all, there was no running water from the bathroom sink we couldn't even wash our hands, the hobs of the kitchen were with electricity not with gas and the heat was so low that we could not even boil some water to make pasta (after half and hour and the water wasn't boiling), one part of the mirror in the bathroom was broken. It wasn't clean enough and all those things that I mentioned created a very bad stay! Thank god the staff was excellent and next day they moved us to another apartment.
Liked: Walking distance to Piazza dei Signori, Piazza del Duomo, Cafe Pedrocchi, Capella Scrovegni. Parking place inside, locked. The system of self check-in and checkout is good.
Excellent
Liked: Great location. A five minute walk to the central piazzas in Padova. On a quiet street. I did not cook, but the kitchen supplies and kitchen equipment were excellent.
Liked: The hotel was very well located on a quiet street, close to the city center. The rooms were spacious, and the AC worked well even in the hot summer weather. We would book this place again if we return.
Disliked: Some of the ceilings and doorways in the Runner Suite were quite low. We bumped our heads a few times before getting used to the height.
