Exceptional
Great location, comfy bed, noisy street below at times
Liked: The location is really good. Very close to the centre and restaurants. The bed and pillows are really nice and the bathroom is small, but it all fits and works. There’s even a washer/dryer combo if you need to do some laundry and they supply laundry pods. We parked at Interparking, just outside the city centre and that was great. Would certainly recommend this appartement.
Disliked: This isn’t any fault of Residenzia SubitoSanto, but right below on the street is a manhole cover and most cars drive over it, so you constantly hear that noise. Earplugs are a good idea as you need to have the windows open, otherwise it gets too hot. The aircon system doesn’t work properly. There is a fan option, which blows air, but only cools down the room by about 1°C. You can set a lower temperature on the Heat option and we were advised to use that and the temperature would come down apparently, but that didn’t work.

Liked: Excellent location in old town. Secure easy access and lift ( available as on 3rd floor) Good communication from owners Well laid out studio with good facilities Large,comfortable bed Short walk from Railway station around 20 mins.
Disliked: When we arrived edging off shower cubicle door off.(However my husband managed to fix it) Shower hot but pressure a bit low. Had to use overhead rainfall shower as moveable shower head could not be fixed in place The bed quilt was very light and we were a bit cold at night when the heating was off The above would not stop us returning as over all we enjoyed our stay
