Disliked: We spent a night at this hotel for the second time (a week earlier, on the 9th floor, we’d had a higher-category room which was top-notch) and were given a more basic room on the 3rd floor! The quality of the double bed was appalling! It even rocked when my partner coughed! The quality of the bed was absolutely dreadful! Everything else was fine, but the bed!!!!??? The quality of your sleep determines your overall experience! As such, the quality of the bed cast a very, very negative light on what was otherwise an outstanding standard of service across all other areas!

This hotel offers a comfortable stay with many conveniences for a reasonable price
Liked: We liked that the hotel offered free parking in their garage. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was modern and well maintained. Beds were comfy and the showers were hot with good water pressure. The staff were helpful and check-in was easy and quick.
Disliked: We had to drive to get to the Old Town section of Padua by it wasn't that far. The hotel is out of the Limited Transit Zone which means you don't have to worry about getting a ticket for driving in the no-car zone but then it is a bit further to get to the historical sites in the city (beyond walking distance). Otherwise the hotel was great and offered many perks.
