Exceptional
Liked: Close to the beach.
Disliked: Noise from the corridor. Poor soundproofing.

Lovely end to a busy week on hoilday
Liked: Lovely hotel, brilliant staff. Amazing breakfast. Lovely beach access within a quick walk or shuttle ride. Nice food at the beach restaurant. Against staff was amazing
Disliked: room rather on the small side but didn't matter as we wernt in there much. Shower small but worked well.
Pleasant except for the bed
Liked: Beautiful, location was great, Breakfast was wonderful
Disliked: Bed was just a mat and it sloped so I had to sleep in the center of the bed and fight rolling off the bed.
It was ok for a couple of nights

Disliked: The apartments in the annex are only 3 star accommodation. No kettle. Hade to use a saucepan to make tea. Restaurant overpriced and not great.
Had high expectations but was sorely disappointed
Liked: Location, proximity to the beach and Paestum site.
Disliked: The staff was very unwelcoming and actually rude when we asked about the beach club. We weren't aware that they closed their beach on October 1 (we arrived Oct. 3) and were looking forward to it. The internet in our room also did not work. When I called to have it fixed, they said that they would take care of it in the morning. The next morning, after breakfasts I reminded them again, but they did not take any action until the afternoon and after I complained to Booking.com. Once I did that, they moved us to a different room because the room we were in was simply too far from their network. Breakfast was good, but not remarkable-they ran out of pastries and fruit. Staff did not pay any attention to us, and I had to get up and flag them down for tea or coffee. The cappuccino was the worst I've had in Italy. All-in-all, compared to the many hotels that we've stayed in around the world, a very subpar experience for such a highly regarded hotel...biderline stressful.
