  Liked: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo monolocale durante il nostro viaggio in Sardegna. Nel complesso, la posizione è sicuramente un punto positivo: la struttura è facilmente raggiungibile e si trova in una zona comoda per arrivare in centro. Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza nel monolocale non è stata del tutto soddisfacente. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, la macchina doveva essere lasciata fuori dalla sbarra e per raggiungere l’appartamento c’era una salita piuttosto ripida. Abbiamo inoltre avuto un inconveniente con le chiavi: ci era stato indicato che si trovavano nella cassetta di sicurezza e, una volta prese entrambe, al nostro rientro la sera ci siamo accorti che erano le chiavi dell’appartamento al piano superiore. Abbiamo quindi dovuto spostare tutte le nostre cose nel monolocale. È un inconveniente che può capitare, anche se ovviamente sarebbe stato meglio evitarlo. Rispetto all’appartamento al piano superiore, che abbiamo avuto modo di vedere, il monolocale ci è sembrato anche meno fornito. Ad esempio, non era presente un ferro da stiro e, soprattutto, la lavatrice non funzionava. Sia la responsabile che il proprietario sono stati avvisati e hanno cercato di risolvere il problema, ma purtroppo non è stato possibile sistemarlo durante il nostro soggiorno e abbiamo dovuto utilizzare la lavanderia del centro. Nonostante queste problematiche, non mi sento di sconsigliare completamente la struttura, anche perché la posizione è comoda e abbiamo comunque apprezzato la disponibilità della responsabile e del proprietario nel cercare di risolvere il problema della lavatrice. Tuttavia, personalmente, per quanto riguarda nello specifico il monolocale, non sarebbe una sistemazione che consiglierei o che sceglierei nuovamente.

  A good quality pleasant stay

  Liked: Location was good and the property had all the facilities necessary for a very comfortable stay. Cleanliness throughout. Staff and property owner were very helpful

  The worst experience

  Liked: Aurora was nice and available.

  Disliked: The worst experience I ever had with a host. By mistake I put 2 people instead of 6 for one night, even though at the very beginning the host seemed to be cooperative, he wasn't happy at all when booking confirmed the price for 2, 4 or 6 for that night was the same, he even mentioned he could have called the police as if we were doing something wrong. He wanted to keep the deposit he asked. ⚠️⚠️ Also first time, we had to give 200 euro as deposit ⚠️⚠️ which according to booking was illegal to keep, he wanted to return just 70 euro. I spent 4 hours dealing with this. The apartment and the bathroom requires some maintenance.
