  Good location, Quiet, nice view - improvements on beds would be nicer

  Liked: Elevated location overlooking beach and panaromic view. quiet, peaceful.

  Disliked: This is not really complaint but beds can be bit more comfortable like big hotels. for short stay, it is ok but if you stay longer than 2 or 3 nights, top quality beds would be most welcoming and appreviative

  Nice building with beautiful view and space for a family or group of friends

  Liked: - Beautiful view - Easy and fast communication with the host, very helpful and service oriented - Very nice garden - Hammock in garden - Free standing house - Two parking spots - Only a few steps from parking to accommodation - Nice big table on patio

  Disliked: - No curtains in rooms - No mosquito barriers on doors/windows - NO A/C in any of the bedrooms - Only A/C in living room

  Very nice property, friendly and helpful manager Luca

  Liked: Location and space.

  Disliked: Little dated facilities.. needs an upgrade and it would be amazing. We were sent a bill for €140 for a cleaning service for the 2night stay which we had removed after discussing with the manager. This was not mentioned prior to us booking on bookings.com.

  Great stay even with cooler weather

  Liked: The location, view and beach were lovely. House was well set up with everything we needed for a week in Sardinia. The beach towels were an added bonus and it was really helpful having all of the cleaning products available. The best part of our stay was definitely Luca and his hospitality. He answered so many questions for us, recommended things to do and where to eat. He also kindly provided a second property for us to use for a few hours before our flight.
