We highly recommend the property and intend to book it again when other family members come to visit

Liked: Impeccable. 3 large rooms each with its own bathroom, well separated and with keys for privacy. The kitchen has everything one needs and a large table. And the location is perfect to explore Perugia and beyond. We highly recommend it.

Disliked: The only thing to know for visitors is that the living room/TV room, though easily accessible to all, is part of one of the suites.

Really fantastic place, great communication and immediate response to any issues

Liked: Fantastic location. Lovely spacious flat with great bedrooms all en suite. Air conditioning a big plus.

Disliked: Only issue was the crockery and glasses in the kitchen weren’t very clean and we had to wash lots before use.

Liked: The flat is very charming and well equipped. 3 en suites are perfect for our needs. Theres an escalator close to the flat which is super handy to get into the town.

Disliked: The boiler wasn't working the second day, and the cleaners were a bit impatient during checkout time. They stood in front of the door and started cleaning the product inside the flat while we were still in the flat and they were waiting for us to leave by the door, we felt rushed out.
