  Liked: I was very lucky to stay at Susanna and Riccardo’s apartment. It is very beautiful, with a magnificent view and all the amenities one can need. It is very well located, just a 5 minutes walk from the famous fountain and central square and a 2 min walk from the Università per Stranieri. What I liked the most is the feeling of staying at a real home, and this made my stay in Perugia even more worth it. When I return to Perugia, I will most definitely stay there again!

  Fantastic Apartment

  Liked: Fantastic apartment in the heart of Perugia. The host was communicative, and very warm and friendly. The apartment itself is beautiful and has everything you'd need. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

  Great experience in a beautiful, comfortable place, and very nice hosts!

  Liked: Breakfast is not included. The location is perfect, overlooking a beautiful urban/landscape

  Disliked: Wi-fi does not always cover the whole apartment, but this is hardly a problem.

  Unbeatable view. Absolutely dreamy

  Liked: Loved the view, loved the location, loved the kitchen and windows. Very thankful there were fans. Host was wonderful and helpful. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Everything nicely updated!

  Disliked: The WiFi didn’t work great. You had to be sitting next to the router for it to stay connected. Also please note that there is no a/c. It’s second floor and fans were provided, so we were able to keep windows open.

  Perfect apartment in Perugia

  Liked: We recently stayed here and it was perfect. The host is very nice and friendly, she provided us with the necessary information. The apartment is large and very beautiful, and the view from the window is worth all the money. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. It is centrally located, close to all the monuments/museums and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Perugia.
