Super friendly host and amazing breakfast
Liked: Very clean, very comfortable, great bathroom and shower, just outside the town center, but a nice walk in a very green area

good location for travelling around Umbria at reasonable price versus big hotels in town
Liked: while 20 minutes drive to Assissi, very convenient for driving to gubbia, perugia, plesso, spoleto. supermarket 3 minutes walk very obliging hostess.
Disliked: be very careful with GPS as it can miss the tiny road 10 metres from the main road, then it winds you around the area.
value for money
Liked: Central location, felt at home since we were almost always alone.
Disliked: no soundproofing, some things were lacking in the kitchen but available on demand. floor could be kept cleaner.
