  Liked: The house and the room it self are new and well designed. The room is big, bright with an open view to the garden and to the city.

  Disliked: The location is a bit remote and isolated. Water pressure is dull. A tea and a cafe utilities would be nice to have.

  Liked: Beautiful scenic view during breakfast. Staff is amazing; very generous and helpful. The bedroom was very clean and spacious with a balcony, and so too the shower room was big, very clean, and comfy. Highly recommended to have a car or motorbike, or else use taxis (especially after sunset, as you might come across wild boar if tempting by foot at night - after all, wild boar are a thing in Perugia). There is a big grocery store 5' by car.

  Hot view

  Liked: The view was amazing. Staff was courteous.

  Disliked: The room was too hot. It had an air conditioner but no way to control it. I asked for assistance and was encouraged to open the windows. I asked for a way to control the air and was brought a remote but it didn't work. So, we spent our time there with it too hot. There was no breeze to cool things down. Had we been able cool the room this would have been a solid five stars
