  Liked: Wonderful friendly and accommodating host (and cats!). Lovely and well looked after cats. Very clean and good facilities. Extremely friendly and welcoming.

  Authentic non commercial ambience, friendly host, quiet location. Great for cat loving tourists

  Liked: Being on the periphery of the historic centre, It was close enough to walk everywhere yet had the vibe of a real living town rather than a just being a tourist centre. Was great to have an amiable host, meet some of the other guests and be surrounded by adorable cats.

  Disliked: Reliance on phone communication with the host, my own phone phobia, nothing to do with the host. A little bit hard to find if you don't like being reliant on a smart phone.

  Wonderful stay with kind owner and super cute cats!

  Liked: Luca is a very kind, open and accommodating person and we loved meeting and playing with all his super cute cats as well:) He also helped us out to find a free parking spot around (-2 floor of emi supermarket very closeby) since you can't park for free in the street. Something very small though: it's a bit noisy at night in my opinion but it's normal since it's just the cars outside passing by etc, my boyfriend for example had no problem with it. This is something to be expected though in a big city! (just wanted to mention this) We only stayed for 1 night but if we would go back to visit Perugia we'd come back to Luca. I'd definitely recommend!
