  Liked: The owner is very responsive. I realized I left behind my backpack which he helped send it to my next stop. Moreover, as we rent a car, it was excellent for us as the parking space is just right next to the premises. And the location is excellent for going to the historical sites.

  Liked: The bed was very comfortable. The location made it very easy to reach the old town of Perugia. The kitchen was fully equipped. Private on-site parking was excellent. There was every amusement possible in the apartment - a wide range of reading material, board games, Netflix. Giovanni was readily at hand to provide recommendations on places to eat, purchase groceries and navigate the city.

  Disliked: It was a little tricky to exit the private car park onto the busy road.

  Perfectly located, wonderful apartment and equidistant from train station and historic Perugia

  Liked: Best property we’ve stayed in over the 5 week duration of our trip spanning 8 European locations. Clean, convenient, very well appointed, plenty of room and an outstanding host. Historic Perugia, Spoleto, Spello and Assisi were fantastic made better by having this apartment to come back to each evening.

  A great apartment in a good location

  Liked: The apartment was in a great location and offered secure parking. There was a washing machine and dryer which was really handy after travelling for 3 weeks. Giovanni was a great host and allowed us an earlier check in time. Nothing was a problem for him.
