  Overall stay in the unit was great. Not a fan of the property management processes

  Liked: Proximity to the historic centre was great. Everything supplied for a comfy stay. Besides kitchen it was very spacious.

  Disliked: Kitchen was tight and only one appliance could be plugged in at a time. Not a fan of the electronic entry system and the messaging. The amount of personal info required to be uploaded for check in was over the top!

  Very comfortable stay in an excellent location

  Liked: I spent three nights in April at this beautiful apartment and loved it. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Fontana Maggiore and the heart of the historic center, but also on a quiet street and at night you don't hear a sound from outside, which I really appreciated. I also loved the natural light in the bedroom in the morning, you catch a glimpse of the sunrise. The building has an elevator which makes a big difference with luggage. The apartment itself is modern with all the amenities you might need, and it's very clean. The host is very communicative and helpful. I needed to extend one night at the very last minute, and the apartment wasn't available, so he offered another property that he manages in the city, and he let me check-in early in order to not worry about where to leave bags.

  Disliked: Honestly I can't think of anything I didn't like here.

  Perfect location for the two of us for a couple of days

  Liked: Great location, easy to walk into the old town center.

  Disliked: Once it was difficult to operate the door code due to poor cell signal in the building.

  Great apartment, just minutes away from the Etruscan Arch

  Liked: Dante and Eli run a very efficient operation and their communication is excellent, both in the speed of response and the information provided. Initially, I was a little concerned about the electronic key entry to the building and the room, but it was easy and worked perfectly. The parking depends on your budget - there is a very convenient paid carpark just 5 minutes walk away to enable you to unpack (€1.50 for the first hour) and, whilst we were told about the locations for free parking, we decided to leave the car here (max €20/day). The apartment, on the second floor (there is a lift) is lovely. The bed was very comfortable and had enough bedding to keep you warm during the cooler nights. The shower was great and the WiFi worked perfectly for us. A lot of thought has gone into providing the facilities on offer and we would say it is perfect for anyone who stays and eats out in the evenings, but the kitchen is rather small with very limited food preparation areas if, like us, you had been on the road for a while and just wanted to prepare a home cooked meal.

  Disliked: My only suggestion is that some instructions on how the oven operates would have been helpful - even something as simple as labelling the three power switches on the wall and explaining about the gas on/off 'handle' (something we have never seen before) would make things easier.

  Apartment with nice view

  Liked: Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Very quite, comfy, close to the city center. Even the view from the bedroom was so nice. I can only recommend.

  Disliked: You cannot park on the street. But there is paid parking very close and some free spots are also close on the Viale Sant Antonio.
