  Great value Perugia home base in historic house

  Liked: Good location just outside old city limits in historic settlement in walking distance to Piazza IV Novembre and other attractions. House has a nice terrace on the 2nd floor and is a very good value.

  Disliked: The house is very small with steep narrow stairs to the upstairs 1st and 2nd floor bedrooms. The 2nd floor bedroom has no bathroom and one needs to descent steep stairs and walk through the 1st floor bedroom to reach the only full bathroom. Arrival instructions were a bit unclear. While the parking options are a 10minute walk away it is possible to drive up to the area to Corso Bersaglieri (behind house) to unload luggage.

  Nice place, nice apartment, close to center. Good bus connections. Landlady was helpful, friendly

  Disliked: The apartment was not evenly warm. The landlady came over to check the heating, and afterward it was somewhat improved. - There were not many utensils for cooking. No spices except for salt. - Only one toilet roll for two people for five days. Is that enough? - We were unable to find additional bin liners / garbage bags. Housekeeping was challenging.

  Home away from home

  Liked: The house seems to be the perfect image of Italy and it really fits nicely in the landscape. Let's not forget the terrace, which is also amazing. The house is decorated with extraordinary taste and you have everything you need. It truly feels like home and our host was more than welcoming and helpful.The house is very well-positioned in the historical centre of Perugia. In addition to its vicinity to all landmarks, you are 2 steps away from beautiful views over the city. Highly reccomended.

  Amazing stay

  Liked: One of the best accommodations I've ever had. A house on 3 levels, where the ground floor is represented by a kitchen and a bathroom, the 1st floor by a spacious bedroom, with a double bed, two chests of drawers, a bathroom with a shower and a storage room where you can find a washing machine, an ironing board and everything you need for a stay of several days. And on the top floor, another bedroom with a double bed, without a bathroom, but opening onto a beautiful terrace. We had the chance to check in long before the official check-in time (4 p.m.) and for that we thank the host very much. The house is very clean, close to an Emi supermarket where you can stock up on everything you need and 10-15 minutes' walk to the center (14 November market). An accommodation that we wholeheartedly recommend and that fully deserves the grade given. Thanks for hosting us!

  Disliked: If you have old person with you the stairs inside the house may be a challenge.
