  A very pleasant stay. Many thanks to the hotel and its wonderful staff!

  Liked: Location: Excellent! Just a few minutes' walk from the city centre, with the main streets, cafés and restaurants very close by. Room: Comfortable and convenient for my stay. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had questions, I could always ask and get assistance. Special thanks: I was travelling for work, and I am especially grateful to the hotel staff for their quick assistance in preparing the documents required for my business travel reimbursement.

  Clean, tidy and Uber friendly family run hotel. Very quant and old style. Perfect for any guest and

  Liked: Family run business. Lady owner is American and very nice to talk to.

  Disliked: Nothing. Great location with a beautiful vista across the Umbrian valley

  Not recommend to worst enemy

  Disliked: The hotel should be no more than one star The accommodation came with breakfast. Of all the hotels that I have stayed in I have never experienced only paper plates and dishes with the cheapest of plastic forks and spoons with which can attempt to eat the stale croissants or stuff in pre-packaged assortments of pastry. The machine that dispenses orange consintrat with lumps in it Just about everything was uneatable. The shower was so small you could only stand up straight and turn. The toilet pan was loose on the floor. The door from the lobby to the outer door was almost unopenable as it rubs so badly on the floor. I would recommend the Hotel Europa to my worst enemy's.

  Perugia at its best!!

  Liked: We chose the Europa as the escalator up to the old town is right across the road, and it is close to the bus and train station. It is an old fashioned establishment but a great place to stay as long as you don't expect 5* facilities! Comfy, quiet room, fridge, kettle, aircon and lovely staff, buffet breakfast on the top floor (lift!) We really enjoyed our stay. Can highly recommend Ferrari restaurant in the old town, don't be put off by the massive menu. food & service is excellent!!

  Disliked: Nothing, would highly recommend to explore the old town.
