  Liked: The location is excellent. You just need to know how to get to the escalators to get to the center of town. The escalators are key for people of my age (68). The small bar across the street is excellent for breakfast, if you choose not to have it at the hotel. They are also friendly for lunch and evening cocktails. The staff in the hotel was wonderful. I had an Amaro each night I took to my room. They held our luggage until it was time to go and they arranged our taxi. I would stay there again.

  Enjoyable stay with personal attention from staff

  Liked: Allowed early check in and to leave baggage after check out. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good location with signage pointing the way from intersection. Breakfast to order for small fee. Nice terrace to sit outside and have a glass of vino.

  Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable. Tub shower.

  Adequate but not much sleep

  Liked: Good position for exploring a hill top town, and near the funicular and escalators to the train and bus stations below. Helpful staff.

  Disliked: Room hot and air con noisy. Hotel noisy as there are no carpets in the rooms or corridors.
