  Liked: Big apartment on good location, close to the Perugia train station, minimetro and the bus station. Easy access from there to all locations in the city. Very easy self check-in and check-out process. Good communication with the host.

  Good location, not so comfortable

  Liked: Good location near the mini-metro. Coop supermarket nearby and the great Pasticceria Etrusca only a few steps away. Secure garage underground if coming by car, making it a good base for day trips in wonderful Umbria.

  Disliked: Superficial cleaning. Heavy dust in some areas. Kitchen area, appliances, dishes and tools required a good cleaning before use. Bathroom shower and basin had a serious blockage issue. The odour from the bathroom spreading in the room was not pleasant. The rugs are very dirty. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows even worse. No supplies in the kitchen, e.g. coffee, etc and minimal, very basic in the bathroom.

  Liked: Very convenient location. Supermarket close by. Easy walk to a bus station and the mini-metro which takes you right to centro storico. The apartment is clean and beautiful, very well equipped. The bed is comfortable.
