  fantastic stay; perfect location, excellent cleanliness, and a welcoming host

  Liked: Everything was excellent. The location is just a few minutes' walk to the center. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the space and amenities were top-notch—everything was provided, even a coffee machine and pods. The host was very welcoming. Overall, my experience was amazing, and I would definitely return.

  A pleasant, affordable place to stay conveniently located for enjoying Perugia

  Liked: Simone was a hospitable and friendly host, and the place was bright, clean, and charming. The room was in a neighborhood with plenty of interesting restaurants, and convenient to the center.

  Disliked: I would have appreciated a comfortable, relaxing place to sit. There was only a bed or kitchen chairs.
