  Liked: Loved the close proximity to Perugia, you can walk to the escalators that bring you up to the city. The rooms were also beautifully designed. Our host Stefania was also very lovely & responsive.

  Liked: Really well decorated, comfortable beds, helpful and welcoming host! Stefania provided several recommendations for restaurants in the area. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the apartment to Old Town Perugia, the escalators are very helpful and the way back is all down hill.

  Disliked: There is one AC in the hall, so bedroom doors have to remain open to feel the air conditioning. But it worked really well and cooled down the whole apartment

  Liked: This apartment exceeded expectations. It had absolutely everything we needed! Washing machine, toiletries, and plenty of thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and comfortable. One of the highlights was being able to play jazz LPs in the living room, which gave the space a unique and memorable atmosphere. The themed rooms added an extra layer of charm, making the experience feel special. The owner was friendly and enthusiastic, which made us feel very welcome. A truly enjoyable stay from start to finish.

  Comfortable, stylish, and convenient

  Liked: This place had it all: easy parking and an easy walk to the beautiful old town, and it was comfortable and stylish. The guitar and working record player with LPs was a great touch and lots of fun. There were many thoughtful little extras. Stefania was kind and responsive and took time to show us everything we might need to know and give background on the apartment’s history.

  Disliked: The apartment building didn’t look as nice from outside as the space does inside, so we were uncertain when we arrived. But it really turned out to be very nice.
