  A very comfortable apartment just 10 minutes from the town center

  Liked: The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, high-speed internet, and a modern TV! It is very close to many attractions, as well as the bus station. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore Perugia.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, it is not allowed to install AC anywhere in the city, and with the windows open, scooters and garbage trucks may cause some noise.

  Liked: The apartment is ideally situated - bars, restaurants and tourist attractions within easy walking distance. The area is very quiet and authentic. Locals are very friendly and helpful. The host, Gian Marco is very pro-active and will provide any information or advice that you will need.
