  Great stay

  Liked: We had a great stay, the apartment was clean and well fit out

  Disliked: Unfortunately our room turned out to be a bit affected from the noise of the neighbour washroom

  Excellent stay

  Liked: Location, friendliness of managing hotel staff, cleanliness and space.

  Disliked: Have to wash the dishes at the end of your stay. This meant we arrived to the people before us not having cleaned them very well. There was also a persistent sewage smell coming out of the toilet every morning. But this is more an issue with the building

  Perfect small reasonably priced central apartment

  Liked: Great central yet quiet location with a very comfortable big bed. Were very accommodating about our late check in, picked up keys from a hotel nearby. Large TV with Netflix. Plenty hot water.

  Disliked: A freezer space in the fridge would be useful. The shower cubicle is very small. It's a very small apartment but good value, we really only used it to sleep in.

  Centrally-located cosy studio in Perugia’s historical center

  Liked: Perfect location close to everything in town. The apartment is in a very nice building. The studio is equipped with fridge, living area on the ground floor and there is a small staircase to the bedroom. The studio apartment has also a/c and wifi with some complementary water and sweets in the fridge. There is also a kettle and mokka for coffee and tea and basic equipment for cooking.

  Disliked: It was all great, just be mindful that the bedroom is on the first floor if you have some mobility issues.

  Liked: A very good place for its price range. Equiped with everything, even an iron and you can make your own coffee which is great. Excellent location, 2 min to Piazza Italia and 7 min to the bus station. Quiet. Great for a short stay

  Great Location - easily walkable to the Historic Center

  Liked: Loved the location of the Apartments as well as the rooms within. Super convenient for a stay in Perugia. We loved Le Stanze and would for sure stay again for sure.

  Disliked: Nothing stands out as a negative.
