  Liked: Close to mini metro, easy parking, small but well appointed apartments.

  Disliked: V. Noises neighbours were making constant noise until 01:30AM banging and dropping things on the floor, and then again at 5AM (although this didn’t last too long).

  Liked: Marco, the host is very kind and helpful. Having a free parking place is very practical when you have a car to tour around outside Perugia.

  Easy to get to the top, the old city either by bus or mini metro

  Liked: I chose it because it was right next to the train station and I thought that would be convenient. But then I found out that to get to other towns such as an Assisi you need to take a bus and that wasn’t nearby. That was poor planning on my part. The thing I like the best was the host. He was so accommodating and when I met him, he showed me around the area. Be sure I have a good orientation.

  Disliked: Considering that it was rainy, it seemed a little too gloomy inside for me. The decor could be changed to be more uplifting also.

  Marco was a very responsive host. He quickly dealt with any issues

  Liked: Close to train station and shops. There was an area for smoking.

  Disliked: I didn’t feel safe at night in the area.
