  Wonderful!

  Liked: We stayed in flat 1 and had a wonderful experience! The apartment is lovely, located right in the heart of the historic city centre. From the Saba Partigiani car park, you can take the escalators up to Piazza Italia, and the apartment is just a 3-minute walk from there. It is spacious, modern, newly renovated, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you might need, even for a longer stay. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, too. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.

  Perfect accommodation for our week in Perugia

  Liked: The location was as good as you can get, right on the central piazza but at the back of the building so it was super quiet. The appartment is impeccably maintained, spacious, well equipped to cook, with high quality mattress, pillows and sheets. Because we stayed for the week, we had a full service clean up/ replenishment of the appartment. Although we never met the host, communication was efficient and everything was done to make sure we were OK. As you enter, you are entering a very old building but you get into a very modern appartment renovated with good taste and high standards.

  Disliked: I am having a hard to find anything to improve. We always make a point of following local recycling rules. One small suggestion would be to provide five containers instead of three, one for each type of material collected. This would make sorting the recycling easier.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at NIMA House. The city of Perguia is also very easy to stay in

  Liked: The room was every bit as spacious, clean and nice as depicted in the photographs. Nicola was easy to communicate with and always available.

  Disliked: It would have been helpful to have some instructions available for appliances and the heating, air conditioning system.
