  Very nice stay

  Liked: The location of the apartment is great – it’s easy to reach all the main sights in Perugia. The apartment was very clean. The staff were very friendly, especially the guy at the reception desk at Hotel Iris. He was great. Access with the electronic key card was easy. The breakfast is fairly basic, but the terrace is great, and the cornetti are fresh and tasty.

  Disliked: The apartment is a little dark and has only one small window, but overall, the price was reasonable.

  Not the cleanest, but not the worst. Fine for a cheap stay if you aren't fussy

  Liked: This was a last-minute booking on a budget. The host was very communicative and helpful. We collected the keys at a nearby hotel and were given very clear instructions on how to reach the apartment, which is down a small laneway. It was a fairly good location and not too far from the main street, but it is easy to get lost here. The aircon was great and the bed was fine.

  Disliked: The area was not the nicest, but the apartment felt secure. Unfortunately, it didn't seem as though the apartment had been cleaned at all between the last booking. The sheets were clean from what we could see, but the bathroom was dirty, and the shower had a lot of grime. As we only stayed for one night, I informed the host after we checked out. Although the issue may have been able to be resolved during our stay, it shouldn't be the guests responsibility to arrange for the apartment to be cleaned, it should be clean upon arrival.

  Great location, comfortable apartment in beautiful Old City of Perugia

  Liked: Great location, good facilities, comfortable and clean. Very nice host - we were offered a courtesy breakfast!

  Disliked: There was quite a lot of traffic and pedestrian movement around the apartment. Overall it was not that disturbing

  Nice but overpriced

  Liked: The room was clean and the receptionist very nice (check-in at a different place)

  Disliked: The apartment is very small. Very expensive for what they offer (no breakfast, check-in at a different place)

  I'll come again some time

  Liked: The man at the reception was really nice and gave me some good advices for the city. I felt in good hands and had a perfect stay. It was really uncomplicated.
