  Beautiful villa with amazing views. Perfect for large family or group

  Liked: This villa is all about the views. It is on a hill and looks across the valley at Assisi. I loved the French doors that opened onto every balcony. I could have stayed the entire day soaking in the views. The home has lots of areas where you may gather for quiet, or fun with others. The house is very family activity friendly. It has open and covered areas for BBQ's and parties. Perfect location for those visiting the hilltop towns of Umbria. Umbria rivals Tuscany in many ways.

  Disliked: The Europeans are used to showers without curtains or doors, but as an American, that was difficult. I would suggest they hang a curtain ring above the tub so a curtain could be added. The pool would have been great if not for the armies of thirsty mosquitoes. We never even went near the pool for fear of the bugs. BRING YOUR BUG REPELLANT! Note--you will encounter mosquitoes everywhere in Umbria and Tuscany in September. Just a note--The beds are firm. I prefer a softer bed so that was a concern for me.

  Beautiful villa with outstanding amenities

  Liked: The property was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The settling was beautiful. The facilities were very good, lots of seating areas and table tennis table. Lots of shaded area. The pool was lovely.

  Beautiful

  Liked: The villa was large and the rooms spacious. Beautiful private garden with a lovely pool. The bedrooms were very comfortable and very clean. Alex, our host, could not have been more helpful and went out of his way to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.

  Quiet, great views, clean, comfortable. Fun

  Liked: The Property, in my opinion is better than the photos. It is a very large house. My kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. It is very quiet and the views are incredible. It has the ‘wow factor’. The house is very well equipped. There is a supermarket around 3km away. Great for families

  Disliked: Cannot think of anything we didn’t like.

  It was a nice stay. Surprised that a damage deposit wa s required to pay for electricity
