  Liked: We were picked up from the airport by the very friendly son of our host for a short drive to the accommodation (at no extra cost). Simple but comfortable and very clean rooms with a small (long life) breakfast, coffee, tea and water included in the price. The host Ada and her husband were absolutely lovely and treated us like long time friends. They offered to have a pizza delivered to the room which we gladly accepted after having just landed late at night. The pizza was 8 euros and delicious! We also paid 8 euros each to enjoy a fresh tasty breakfast in the morning of various pastries, bread, ham, cheese, juice, yoghurt, Nutella, jam, tea and scrambled eggs. There was a pool which wasn't open yet but looks like it would be really lovely on a hot day. Around the pool is a beautiful garden with olive trees, lots of flowers and also play equipment, a trampoline and toys for kids. All in all a great stay even just for the one night before heading into Tuscany, as it is very conveniently located near Perugia airport (5-10 mins drive) with a very local, authentic Italian reception.

  Disliked: The walls of the rooms are quite thin and we had some very chatty neighbours, but that comes with the old farmhouse territory.

  Great value, vantage point to move around Umbria´s main attractions

  Liked: Great breakfast, the hosts were WONDERFUL, lovely people, very helpful. Location is great if you are visiting many of the towns around Umbria

  Disliked: Location is a bit off the main road, you need a car to get in/out, but at the same time, if you have a car, the location is great to get into/out of the highway.

  Liked: We came across this residence through friends and were extremely satisfied. The accommodation is in a quiet location in the countryside, you feel like you are in a little paradise. The pool is very inviting and well maintained. The hosts are very friendly and make you feel at home. We imagine that this accommodation must be particularly suitable for families with children, as the children have so many opportunities to play in the garden. We highly recommend the accommodation and will be back.
