  Great apartment in a great location

  Liked: Beautiful apartment in a great location. Andrea was a super host. Helped us with parking - gave us a lift back to the apartment - and gave great advice on places to eat and shop.

  We loved this modern & comfortable apartment in a historic building in the central Perugia

  Liked: A wonderful, modern, comfortable apartment in central Perugia. Netflix & YouTube on tv, 5 min walk to supermarket, fantastic views, very close to the main tourist areas. Our host Andrea was extremely helpful.

  Liked: Pros: • Friendly host (makes sense, it's his business!:) • Beautiful view, but who stays inside staring out the window when there's so much to explore?:) • Great location. • The apartment is quite spacious. • Easy access with suitcases since the apartment is on the ground floor.

  Disliked: Cons: • Definitely way too expensive for the room and amenities compared to reality. • No self check-in option for those who prefer total privacy. • Loud until the morning due to nearby bars and shouting people, though this might not be a downside for everyone. • Terrible air conditioning – extremely noisy, can’t sleep, and it fails to cool down the room. The entire place feels stuffy and lacking fresh air. • The walls are dirty and scratched up in some places. • The paint on the window frames is peeling and scratched.. • The chairs were dirty and stained, and the table was all scratched up. • Poorly equipped kitchen. • A small fridge that doesn’t cool very well. • The apartment was full of dust, even right above the bed. • The mattress and sofa were highly uncomfortable. • No bedside tables; instead, there are some disgusting, furry poufs standing there. • No enough storage space. • No vacuum cleaner. • No trash bags provided. • No washing machine and no dishwasher. • No mop, broom, or cleaning cloths. • No proper ironing board-just a tiny, stained, dirty one that’s barely good enough for ironing socks. • Dirty, disgusting shower with revolting yellow and black stains in the corners – a complete breeding ground for bacteria, mold, and fungus. • The shower drain is so poor that you end up standing ankle-deep in your own filth. • The sink drain is so terrible that dirty water just floats around while you’re washing or shaving. • No towel hooks/hangers.

  Scenic, perfect stay to explore beautiful Perugia & Umbria!

  Liked: Andrea was an absolutely incredible host! We’ve stayed in hundreds of Airbnbs and homes and this was by far our favorite stay & host. The views & location were absolutely stunning. Andrea was so accommodating, kind, and offered lots of great recommendations! Absolute perfect location - very quiet yet in a lively area that is very walkable & easy to access the train! Great base for exploring beautiful Umbria. Could not wish for more!

  Liked: Nearly everything! A lovely apartment with a great view over the town. Great if you like to paint or draw. We liked the interesting art and decor too. Almost everything was there to suit our needs. We thought the view was worth the extra cost. The building is also very quiet at night as there are mostly offices there. Andrea was very helpful and patient when we arrived slightly late. He also responded to communications very promptly.

  Disliked: Nothing was a problem. A couple of extra pillow might be good.
