Simple room with comfy bed just outside the city walls

Liked: The location just outside the city wall and by the escalator, the bed was was comfortable, communication ( only via WhatsApp) worked well

Disliked: The room could do with some repainting, the shower is tiny, I did not get the TV to work, no bars for breakfast in the immediate vicinity

Liked: Good location, few minutes walk from Rocca Paolina and the historical center of Perugia. There was a big parking house nearby where we could park our car. Room is in an old and nicely renovated house in a neighborhood with a medieval touch. Great flexibility, we arrived earlier than official check-in time, our room was not yet ready but we were given another room so that we do not need to wait.

Disliked: In general we do not mind properties handled by remote personal and key boxes. This time it was a bit unfortunate though as we left the key in the room when leaving and forgot something in the room. Since there was nobody around, we could not open the front door and even though it was after 9am (so not early), noone replied our several calls and messages from the apartment management for more than an hour.
