  Acceptable

Liked: The property is very close to the train station, which is really convenient. The mini metro is also nearby, making it easy to reach the upper part of town. The apartment is spacious and had almost everything we needed. The host was very nice and helpful as much as she could. We also appreciated being able to check in early and leave a little later than expected.

Disliked: The apartment had two air-conditioning units, but unfortunately neither of them worked. At all! This was unpleasant since it was quite hot outside, and the host only suggestion was to keep the blinds closed all day. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working. The host did try to help, but the repair technician only showed up as we were leaving. I would have preferred if the problems had been communicated honestly from the start, rather than only discovered after we arrived.

  Well located flat in Perugia

Liked: Well equipped flat at a very good location. Few minutes from the train station, and also from the mini metro what brings you to historic city center. Private garage in same building. Fabiola is delivering the keys personally and gives necessary info.

Disliked: Noisy area because of big traffic on the street

  Perfect Stay

Liked: The apartment was very nice and clean. Lots of space, well-designed. The kitchen was fully equipped, which allowed for self-catering, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was good, close to the train station, but at the same time in a quiet area, which allows you to relax after a whole day of sightseeing. The host was extremely polite and helpful, quickly answering all questions. Highly recommend:)
