  Local treasure with incredible views and wonderful host

  Liked: I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Ragusa! The bnb is just 5-10 minutes walk from the main piazza of Ragusa Ibla, the most beautiful part of Ragusa. My room had a terrace with an amazing view of the city. Some evenings I stayed home just to enjoy the view. The room was comfortable with an amazing shower. There is a shared kitchen and breakfast room, and it was very nice to have breakfast together with the other guests every morning. The best part of the bnb was the wonderful lady who looks after it: Enza is a very kind and friendly person who really made me feel at home during my stay, I am very grateful for that! I really loved staying here, thank you for everything:)

  A very nice clean apartment with a helpful host. There are large guard dogs behind enclosed gates to be aware of

  Liked: We arrived to no towels, garbage in the garbage can, the floor dirty, and after turning down the bed we found hair and dirt on the sheets which means that the sheets were NOT changed. We phoned the owner who bitched out my wife and tried to put the blame on us for opening our luggage on the turned down sheets. Seriously?? We travel quite a bit and never have been treated so horribly by the owner. The hostess (who was there when we arrived) tried her best to accommodate. Although, she did have a very scary dog in her front yard which kept barking in the night.

  Disliked: Clean sheets would have been good and no viscous dog next door to greet us. We also would have like to know how to get to the BnB without climbing stairs.

  Liked: I loved the location. The rooftop terrace was gorgeous with the most amazing view. Gorgeous room, lovely hot shower - fantastic!

  Liked: The apartment was lovely and spacious. We had multple beds and a nice bathroom and was very comfortable. THe host was attentive and I enjoyed staying there. Breakfast was simple and plentiful and the airconditioning, lighting and the windows all made the stayu very comfortable on the hot days. There was relatively little noise. I would stay here again.

  Disliked: The internet is slow- hitting consistent speed tests of 5-8mb per second download across the stay. This made watching movies impossible and I hotspotted on my phone on a number of occasions instead. I probably would have preferred to be a little closer to the main piazza. Also, don't listen to google maps directions. It took us up the side of a hill with steep stairs that, with suitcases, was dreadful. We spoke to the other guests and they did the same thing. It was a massive challenge. There was a much better pathway with few stairs and the host could advise people when they arrive to take that path.
