  This was a great stay, we had a small issue with the water and called for assistance at 9pm, someone was on site by 9.15

  Liked: Great location, parking close by, early access and able to leave luggage, lift access to room and very helpful staff

  Disliked: Could do with better window coverings too much light at night. Could also do with more hanging rails for towels.

  A wonderful hotel in a wonderful town

  Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Dimora. Our room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable large double bed. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is very well located for exploring the old and new towns. The staff were super friendly and welcoming.

  Good spot in Ragusa

  Liked: Location and ease of access. Spacious and clean

  Disliked: Air conditioner in our room was somewhat tired but did the job. I don’t think this was true of all the rooms. The common areas were very well ventilated

  Disliked: Location: The B&B was situated uphill, approximately a 25-minute walk from Ragusa Ibla’s main piazza and cathedral, accessible via a steep staircase.

  We enjoyed our stay, the staff were fantastic and very helpful. The accomodation in the rooms could do with a freshen up

  Liked: Location was good

  Disliked: Took a long time get water warm in shower, shower head was calcified and the was lots of soap calcification in shower tiles. Needed at least a kettle in each room so we could make our own tea or instant coffee. Bedside tables were almost falling off.
