  Disaster

Liked: The grounds are nice, especially in summer.

Disliked: the suites are on two levels, and compact. The main bed on the upper level lacks ventilation plus the bathroom (which had a door that badly lacked maintenance) is inconveniently positioned opposite the entrance.. The smell in the common areas was unbearable to the extent that we have to leave in the middle of our stay and find an alternative accommodation. The breakfast was very very basic, however we were offered a better breakfast should we have stayed the following day. The receptionist on our arrival was quite hostile and lacked hospitality skills, while the receptionist on duty the following day offered us to change rooms but the issue was not just the room. In all fairness the Hotel offered an apology and promised to refund the night we have not availed of.
