  I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay

  Liked: The hotel’s location is excellent; right on Via Roma, the most vibrant street in town. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

  Disliked: Even though it is entirely a non smoking hotel, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in my room, especially the bathroom.

  Nice clean place to stay!

  Liked: It’s a good hotel but getting to Ibla centro involves bit of walking through several steps. Otherwise okay place to stay

  Liked: The breakfast was good. The location is excellent. The front office personnel always ready to help and very courteous.

  Disliked: However the maintenance in the room leaves much to be desired for a for star hotel. It certainly needs a thorough refurbishment.

  Liked: Great staff. Clean rooms. Real nice bathroom. Changed towels and cleaned rooms every day. Good location.

  Liked: It was a nice roomy hotel, with an elevator, and they also had a parking space for our rental car, we did have to pay 10 euro a day. They also provided a very nice breakfast every morning which was included. The hotel is located in Ragusa Superior - modern part of town, you have to walk to Ragusa Ibla which is the old town and it’s very charming.

  Disliked: The room was freezing. They could not turn off the air conditioner and explained the heat would not be turned on for another 2 weeks. I was uncomfortable the whole time we were in the room because of how cold it was. This made my experience not a very good one. Which is a shame because otherwise I thought it would have been a good stay.
