This was the most expensive spot we stayed during our 14 day trip to Italy. Sadly a lot of things were not great. Luca

Liked: Property is in an absolutely fabulous location. So close to everything. Luca tried to make amends for the many problems we had which was nice. Private terrace is great.

Disliked: The property needs to be taken out of use and have some issues repaired. It appears at sometime the place flooded and the floors are warped. Once it’s fixed I feel like it would be a great place. The beds are pretty uncomfortable. I’m leaving out the worst things with photos because the host did his best to try to fix what he found on the spot.

Simply amazing – a perfect stay made truly unforgettable by Luca’s exceptional hospitality!

Liked: The breakfast at the adjoining hotel was definitely one of the highlights. The location was also perfect – very central, yet quiet. We were able to leave our car parked for the entire stay and explore everything from there. But what truly made our stay special was Luca. From the very beginning, he took care of us with a level of attention and hospitality that you don’t even find in some five-star hotels. He was incredibly helpful and made us feel genuinely welcome. Thank you so much, Luca!

Liked: The appartment is perfect, it is located in the center on 4th floor in an elevater house, has a balcony and a common terrace on the top floor. The Appartment it selfe is very spacious, has good beds and a nice view out of the balcony. The appartment came with breakfast at nearby hotel, 2 min walk wich was very nice and offered great service. Handling of keys and all service provided was five star.
