  Liked: Plusami apartamentu była lokalizacja bo blisko była plaża a 15 minut spacerem do centrum. Również w obiekcie były wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy takiej jak ekspres do kawy, mikrofala, klimatyzacja i duży balkon.

  Disliked: Mimo wszystko byłyśmy mocno rozczarowane tym apartamentem. Zdjęcia na booking muszą pochodzić sprzed kilku lat. Teraz mieszkanie jest bardziej zniszczone i wymaga renowacji. Najgorsza była czystość apartamentu a raczej jej brak. Widać, że mieszkanie było tylko z wierzchu sprzątnięte. Lodówka w ogóle nie była posprzątana i znajdowały się w niej resztki po poprzednich gościach. Ekspres do kawy był brudny i kuchenka do gotowania również i także na niej były małe resztki jedzenia. Balkon był okropnie brudny. Podłoga nie zamieciona i nieumyta, a gdy umyłam krzesełka i stolik to zrobiły się bardziej białe a papier czarny. Toaleta także nie umyta, gdy przejechałyśmy papierem po desce sedesowej to papier zrobił się czarny. Brzydziłyśmy się używać suszarki na naczynia bo była brudna i tak samo półeczka pod prysznicem. Za każdym razem gdy uruchamiałyśmy ciepłą wodę to wydobywał się hałas i podłoga drżała pod naszymi nogami. Na zdjęciu łazienki na booking okno jest otwarte i nie widać jakie jest obrzydliwe a sznurek przy nim jest czarny, chyba zagrzybiały? Również instrukcje jak zrobić check in dostałam na whatsapp mimo, że wcześniej nie komunikowałam się przez tą aplikację z właścicielami. Zdenerwowało mnie to bo nie posiadam tej aplikacji i nie miałam internetu. W końcu dostałam instrukcję na maila gdy poprosiłam. Dziwne było to, że przez booking nikt nie wysłał tego. Byłyśmy bardzo rozczarowane tym obiektem i porażało nas to jak było w nim brudno.

  Excellent location, everything you need and super helpful host

  Liked: Although it’s a one room apartment it is much larger than it looks in the photos and the position is excellent. Just a 10 minute walk to the action and with the secret access to the beaches, just 5 minutes from the amazing coastline.

  Disliked: The one drawback I could foresee is the high balcony. Fantastic for us two, with great views of the surrounding hills and castle gardens but I wouldn’t want to have a child up there.

  Liked: Absolutely lovely city. The apartment is just 15 minutes of a walking distance from city centre. The owner provides also a key from a gate that cuts your walk shorter to the sea. View from balcony is great. Communication with owner was timely and great. Very nice.

  Disliked: There is a kitchen, but e.g. only one cuttlery knife, one egg holder, so cooking for two is not really an option. Less than 1,5 toilet paper for 3 nights of 2 people is not really much, but on the other hand there are shops in the city centre, so you can shop for yourself. One of exterior window blinds couldnt be lowered, so the room cant get dark. For two people we found only 2 body towels in and one bathroom floor towel in total. So no handtowels at all. Bedsheet was a bit small for the sofa bed, so you may end up sleeping on the bare sofa if you move. Main drawback was the cleanliness. Mold in bathroom, etc.

  Ideal accommodation to fulfill your Italian Riviera dream!

  Liked: The view from the balcony was exceptional! Apartment is clean and spacious. Rather modern interior, filled with some funky vintage furniture. Host is very attentive and communication is fast. There is a sofa bed in the apartment, but it was comfortable, therefore it didnt bother us. The walk to the town is a bit hilly, but there is a private entrance, which takes you to the sea side with magnificent views.

  Disliked: One of the window shutters was jammed, therefore we could not open it unfortunately. Wine glasses would be great, but not crucial.

  Nice apartment stay in a great location

  Liked: Great apartment and the host Stefano was very supportive. I really enjoyed staying here. Especially loved the balcony very much. Great location, a park and the tourist attraction with beach access nearby. The parking was a bit of a search in the streets nearby, however found always a parking spot Italian style.

  Disliked: all good

  Liked: We loved our stay here in Rapallo. Stefano was amazing and very responsive and the apartment was equipped with basically everything we needed. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the town center, decently convenient. We look forward to returning in the future!
