  Liked: Wonderful apartment - bright, cozy, and very clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishes, bed linen, towels, and all the essentials. I chose this apartment mainly because of the view from the window, and I definitely made the right choice. The view is truly breathtaking! Of course, it’s worth keeping in mind that the apartment is on the top floor, which is why you get such a beautiful view. There is no elevator in the building, but this was not a problem for us at all. We stayed as a family of four - two adults and two children - and we were very comfortable. Another great bonus is the fantastic cocktail bar downstairs, with excellent drinks. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

  Liked: The apartments location and everything you need for a family of 4 people made our stay in Santa Margarita unforgettable. Clean apartment, good towels, all necessary utensils for cooking and even some beach accessories. A quick solution to our problems by the landlord. Thanks a lot!

  Disliked: you should be ready for the noise from bars in the evenings and the fact that you will have to go up without an elevator. It wasn't a big problem for our family.

  Liked: The view is very good. The space of the facility justified. It has all basic necessary but up to that point. The 5th floor is an issue. The room was quite enough,.

  Disliked: Cleanness is good but needs improvement. Bath amenities for 4 nights 2 persons like 1 day stay. Despite requested no reaction. Although is mentioned about the 5th floor in small letters..., it is not affordable for the 4 days period we stayed.

  The location and the view is 5 star. Host great. Baia Cannone and San Fruttoso big highlights

  Liked: The view was fantastic. The large windows that open. Kitchen well stocked. Furniture good. Host informative and responsive.

  Disliked: Five flights of stairs. Although we knew this prior and it was super hot and we did have heavy bags. The bathroom was small and super hot as hot water system in there. The washing machine had a lot of black model on the seal, plus was hard to work out the settings. A physical instruction manual would have been great. Host sent us link to manual. We had to buy washing liquid and pegs. We left for next guest. The property was otherwise clean. It is in a fabulous location and the view is 5 star. The aircon struggled a little in the extreme heat wave. The fan was helpful to push air down to bedroom. I think under normal weather conditions it would have worked fine. Would have been great to have been left on for our arrival as temps were 35!!!
