  Exceptional stay in a hidden gem

  Liked: The team at the hotel were outstanding, nothing was a problem for them. They provided excellent local knowledge when we were considering different walking options and recommended several great restaurants and activities. The facilities were very good, the location great. This place is a gem, we stayed six nights - we wish it was six months!

  Wonderful stay

  Liked: A wonderful hotel, very clean, not far from the sea, great breakfast options and a rooftop terrace with amazing views of the harbour. All staff were friendly and helpful but special thanks to Federica who had great knowledge of the local area how to get to different places and things to see. She was also very helpful with arranging our travel back to the airport.

  Very nice!!

  Liked: Stayed at Hotel Minerva for four nights and we are very satisfied with our choice of hotel. Charming, clean and nice hotel, with a good location in the city. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to those going to St. Margherita!!

  Wonderful Stay. Exceptional Service. Meticulously Cared For Hotel

  Liked: We absolutely loved this place! Our room (and the entire hotel) was very clean, modern and comfortable. Our room, with balcony, had a great view of the countryside and the water in the distance. The entire staff was extremely accommodating. Frederica at the front desk was so gracious and helped us with restaurant recommendations, train tickets, and answered our many questions. Breakfast was excellent - great selection of cakes, breads, ham, yogurt, and much more. Luca managed the breakfast room and provided exceptional service. The hotel was within walking distance to city center, restaurants, and the water. Easy access to Portofino and the towns of the Cinque Terre from Santa Margherita Ligure.
