  Liked: Great location, only around a 20-minute walk to the beach. The pool area was lovely and well kept, and the bar was a nice place to relax and have a drink.

  Amazing Vacation

  Liked: Such a beautiful and amazing place.The tennis court,the football place are all free of charge and the club lounge were many activities are available like a billiard room and a big TV.All the staff were just amazing especially Michaela at the pool entrance and Danielo in the Restaurant Café/ bar. Rapallo is such,a beautiful place to visit.We enjoyed our stay a lot and we will definitely come back

  Generally speaking - very good stay

  Liked: Very cosy apartment with good location. Access to swimming pool - great solution. Perfect way to feel how Italians are living. Apartment well equipped. Very clean and tidy. Nice balcony.

  Disliked: No WiFi, access to the compund could be easier.

  Great place to stay, it needs to invent some more comfortable way how to open the locks and how to leave for the tourist

  Liked: Great terrace with the view; All kitchen stuff is present, so we had cooked sometimes with no problems; Very cozy and light apartment, all the necessary items are present and even more - for example, ironing, stairs, corkscrew, sun umbrellas etc. And Number One for my younger child is the swimming pool!!! It was Wow!

  Disliked: We had to open three locks every time to get to the apartment: gate, entrance and appartement door. The keys were not working time to time, so we need to coordinate with the room staff. It was possible to open the gate lock only from INSIDE, so we had to put the hand inside the gate grid and open from inside when we were outside. To get to the apartment you have to climb a slope of 45 degrees, it was very hard for me and my old mother. It should be written before in the description of the apartment. When we were leaving we had as always the problems with the keys. We should left them inside the apartment, but to leave the room we needed to open three locks, and to make it with all our luggage, so I had a big bill from taxi and a painful heart beating, while I went up and then down and up and down to open locks and put back the keys.

JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

Dispose of rubbish appropriately.

Keep the property clean and tidy.

Washing up before check-out is kindly required, while stripping the beds would be appreciated but is by no means expected.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors in the building.

Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.

Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:

Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.

Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. JOIVY will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid.

The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.

The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.

Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.

Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
