Disliked: It's air conditioned...a must have! Plus a little garden with an hammock...what asking more?

Liked: + fast and detailed responses from the host + nice harden + spacious apartment

Disliked: - there is just a single bathroom, but I forgot to check before booking - there is a coffee machine and usually you'd also get a few capsules, but here we did not have any

  Nice house, conveniently located

Liked: The house itself is lovely and well located. Beaches and city nearby. Lovely terrace. AC, dishwasher provided.

Disliked: Access involves a long flight of stairs, which can be challenging with luggage or children.

Nice house with private garden within walking distance to the center and the beach

Liked: Very well equipped, beautiful renovated large bathroom, lots of light (windows), terrace on one side, 2 balconies on the other, everything inside very clean. We very much welcomed the possibility of private parking for free. Short pleasant walk to the center, grocery store nearby. Good and efficient communication with the owners/rental agency.

Disliked: The outside area seemed rather messy compared to the inside of the house (unkempt lawn, dirty sunbeds). Since the house is surrounded by other houses and apartment buildings, we would have appreciated curtains or blinds on the windows for more privacy.

Perfect spot for a stay on the Portofino peninsula!

Liked: Very comfortable bed. Lots of space! Incredibly bright space with lots of windows. The location was really ideal: < 10-minute walk to everything. Grocery stores and great restaurants (e.g. close by. We parked our car in the secure space and left it for the 3 days we stayed there. Washing machine and dry rack. Nespresso machine + capsules!:)

Disliked: Faucet was broken — slightly annoying but still functional. The kitchen was actually well equipped — only missing just a few items that our hosts can easily resolve for next time: dish cloth/sponge, spatula/flipper.
