Liked: Only location and having a parking lot.

Disliked: The space was very dirty and cluttered with old items. The towels, as shown in the photos, were worn and stained. Every area, including the sink, was noticeably unclean. The photos provide a clear representation of the overall condition. I requested a late check-out, which is a common request, but when I raised concerns about the cleanliness, the host became offended and accused me of threatening them. When you are in the shower, the air conditioner drainage drips on you, which is very disgusting.

  Total Disappointment!

Liked: I regret booking this property despite its high price point. Several issues made our stay particularly disappointing: Nothing! I cannot recommend this property and suggest potential guests consider alternative accommodations in the area. The combination of high price, poor management, and substandard conditions make this a disappointing choice.

Disliked: * Booking/Check-in: Non-refundable payment required one month in advance, unlike standard booking policies Check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. Property manager arrived 30 minutes late to our agreed 7pm check-in. Had to ask neighbors to contact the manager due to delayed arrival. Could have been simplified with a key lockbox system * Cleanliness and Furnishings: Linens, pillows, and towels were visibly worn out and unclean. Property cluttered with excessive old furniture and appliances. General cleanliness well below standard for the price point. * Misrepresented Features: Advertised as two-bedroom but actually had a bed placed in the kitchen area. Shower cubicle extremely small and barely functional. Space poorly organized with unnecessary old appliances and furniture. * Value for Money: Significantly overpriced for the quality provided. Condition and cleanliness not justified by the premium rate. Will be pursuing refund through Booking.com!
