Very poor check in - sporadic response to calls

Liked: We had the mr&mrs margherita room which was clean and a good size. Location is good close to centre.

Disliked: There was no reply to phone calls when we checked in as advised at 2pm. We gave up and dragged our cases into town for lunch. I messaged to say we would be back at 3pm then phoned 4x when we went back before we got any response. The safe had been locked open and the lady didn't know how we could reset it. We wasted quite a few hours of our short time there. The safe wasn't fixed and we were offered another room but we had unpacked and didn't want to waste yet more time changing.

  Clean and decent

Liked: The location was great, it was comfortable and clean. Although this is not the property’s fault, our parking experience was not too good, you have to have lots of patience until you find a spot

Disliked: When taking a shower, the bathroom floor gets really wet, we were very careful to close the doors the best we could and water still got in the bathroom floors. Be careful not to slip

Good stay, but far from perfect

  Liked: Location

Disliked: It’s a 3 star property, nothing more. Pictures on booking looked better as reality
