  Shame about the view, but it’s not worthy

  Liked: Great location.

  Disliked: The fridge/freezer doesn’t work, you can tell by the ice cubes tray in the freezer that is full of water. We couldn’t enjoy a not even a single cold drink in that heat because of that. The cooking hob doesn’t work either so we had to throw away the fresh fish that we bought, and which we were hoping to eat that evening, along with a bottle of cold wine. Luckily we had crisps and biscuits to survive the evening. The hosts are ignorant to every message sent and in turn they kept sending us spam messages about registering for online promotions. The windows don’t isolate the noise from the main road, which is the busy SS1, and you have those noisy vespas and similar going up and down the road non-stop, even past midnight in the summer. And it’s definitely not in Portofino as advertised! The hotel is in Rapallo.

  Very good location and nice appartment for a short stay. A bit small for a family of 4 but convenient for a long weekend

  Nice view but the price paid was too high for the quality of the house and the service from the host

  Liked: The location was good (you have to go up a bit on a traffic road to get to it) but close to Rapallo city center. The view from the balcony is beautiful.

  Disliked: The house is big enough for 4 people but quite old, honestly it was a bit smelly as we got there, the fridge smelled horrible and did not work. The host was at times unresponsive on booking chat and when reachable a bit rude

  Disliked: Our youngest child forgot her wallet in the room, with her holiday money. We wrote to the owner about it but have not received a response.
